Sorry to disagree but the barfine is 500 shortime and 700 longtime.
I was there a year ago and it cost me 500 when I took a girl shortime, these prices have been reported for at least 18 months or more on the pattayatalk.com website by members who are regulars to pattaya and many expat boardies living in pattaya.
If you paid 400 then perhaps again you are given friend prices...and more power to you.
