How do they know it's another girl? And why let them have your 'phone number if it's likely to cause you problems?
If my phone rings when I am in a bar I excuse myself and step outside to take the call. If anyone asks who called just say 'business' and leave it at that.
My girl at home used to root through my text messages and call register all the time and get into a terrible hissy fit when she found anything she did not like. I would just shrug my shoulders and say 'if you don't want to know don't look'
It might be a bit tricky if you are in bed though.
