55555 Excellent story and I love to hear about other people's experiences of the 'real thailand' upcountry.
Had a great experience of this myself and will be heading straight for Issan when I arrive on the 12th Nov.
Talking about the shower/hose pipe.
I was amazed the first time I used a thai family bathroom to find the large water tank (very cold water might I add) had many tiny fish inside, this was to prevent mosquitos laying eggs in the water (or so I was told) but I kept worrying I would kill the little buggers by scooping some up by mistake and proceeding to splash em' all over.
One of the days I also showered outside as by this time I had kinda lost all my inhibitions and had seen my lady of the time helping some of the younger villagers hose themselves down.
Of course they were naked so I though ''why not?'' As you can imagine the whole village came to watch as I think they had never seen a farang pinky b4.....555555
Or was they all saying ''that looks like a d1ck only smaller'' ? 55555
