The Scene:
Late Night in Silom drinking Mekong from a Whiskey Cart with a Thai Con Man, No Ticket Home-"Buy me another beer dude"-American Con Man and an Issan Bar Girl-Single Mom. I bought the bottle, so I am "The Dude"....good times.
BG asks me for 20 THB and then brings us a plate of food, and we share it. I see small brown specks in the rice and spicy sauce dish, but I slurped it up, what the hell. Not bad, but the brownish things taste bitter.
