What about the deposit for Apartments ?
What about the deposit for Apartments ?
I was looking in many forums and can not find explanations about deposit payments for Apartments in Thailand.
What I want to know :
Someone wants to rent an Apartment and pay a deposit before, e.g. 5000 Baht. If they find a alternative and tell it the owner one week before to move in the owner have to pay back the deposit in the case, that there is NO finance lost for him because another people rent the provided Apartment for the same time period.
My questions :
Have I to bring a new renter to see my deposit back again ?
Or the Apartment owner can keep the deposit in the case that they have a new renter which move in on the same day which way provided for my selves ?
Some other opinions and meaning ?
