If you want to visit Phi Phi you need to take a plane to either Phuket or Krabi then take a ferry.
My guess from your post is that you are interested in meeting up with BG's (Bar Girls-the lassies who work in the bars) however there is not much of this sort of action on Phi Phi though yes it is a very beautiful island (2 islands actually) if you want to dive/snorkel/swim etc.
There are a few places to stay there (it was severely damaged by the Tsunami on Boxing Day last year) so if you look up of
www.sawasdee.com and look for the Phi Phi link you will find a small range of hotels to stay in
If it is the nightlife/beach scene you are after best to go to Patong Beach on Phuket (this is the area this Board is dedicated to-so you will get a lot of agreement on this here) where you can party all night-well to about 3am-then swim in clear ocean (much clearer after the Tsunami?) all day if you so wish.
You can also get a day trip to Phi Phi but it is certainly worth at least an overnight trip
Plane trip from BKK-PKHT is about US$150 return-you will love Patong if you go and probably end up like all of us Patong junkies on this Board who return several times a year!!
