I'm sure it's great up there and everything but what is to say it's better there then celebrating in Bangkok, which is after all the capital of thailand and going draw the biggest crowds/celebrations?
I will be in Bangkok I think for Loy Kratong, simply because the lady I am with recommends this to be the number one place to be for the festival.
