Would normally agree but found this one so gentle that there were no bad side affects or feeling of lethargy at all and got around 6 hrs sleep on a 14 hr flight so still plenty of time for water - if there was an emergenct then adrenelin would kick in.
Had a long converstation with a pharmacist in Hong Kong about what was best to take (I originally asked for temazepan) and now always take one of these around an hour before the flight
