The Danish health department recommends Hepatitis A vaccine for LOS but other than that it is pretty open. Any of you have the Hepatisis B vaccine?
I have to be 'up-to-speed' on my shots to stay in the job I do, No Jabs - No job, however, I would always advise trying not to let any of your vaccines lapse if at all possible.

I also have what the Doctors told me was Hep A/B (Shock-Horror! ) from drinking water from a river in Sarajevo a long time ago and not realising what was in that water a little further up stream! I won't go there here. However, it's not good and I can no longer donate blood to any transfusion service which I used to do on a regular basis (I like biscuits, tea and nurses!) So please take what your Doctor recommends you need.

Make sure you 'Bag up' and read the thread on sticking your tongue where the sun don't shine!! - 'Up to you' as they say but definately with a partner you know the long term sexually history of IMHO.

Definately take a tetanus booster if required or you are almost lapsing or out of date on that.

Unfortunate nickname Hep!! 555555555 but definately brought the subject to the fore-front. Play safe!!

Anyone noticed like I have that when getting a jab at the doctors, it's always the blokes with the tattoos who are whimpy and girly when they flash the needle? 55555555
