I bought my thai GF implants but she wanted them more than i did. Very pleased with the results. If you massage them correctly after the Op they will feel softer and less rigid. They still stand up when you lay down on your back but personally I love that.
1)Any size/shape of breast can be appealing but I do prefer a handfull and like a firm defined shape.
2)Pretty similar I believe - a lot depends on how much 'room' you have before implants as to how they will look and feel.
3)Feels good
You can certainly tell by the firmness that implants are not natural. Scaring is an issue you should consider as they will be visible (but fade with time never completely dissappearing), currently there are 3 points of insertion:
semi-circle inscition just under the nipple - semi-visible scar you don't see wearing bikini etc
armpit inscision - scar only visible when arms are raised and then once faded it looks like a crease in the skin if the surgeon did his job.
under breast insition - not used as much these days as it leaves the most obvious scar, should only consider this one if you already had larger sagging/drooping boobs as the scar will become hidden under the breast.
