I have to disagree.
I have seen hoards of russians amongst many other nationalites in pattaya and have not found them to be anymore loud or obnoxious than any particular race.
On my first night in pattaya last tour i met a young russian guy who didnt speak a lot of english in an Agogo. Apart from the communication difficulty I got the feeling he was a pleasant geezer. He was certainly generous in buying me the odd drink and handing out the ciggies.
A load of US Marines came in and 1 of them spoke some russian, they got on famously and the marine tols me this guy was a cool guy in his view.
For me, it is part of the travel experience to meet people from all over, I think it makes for a better holiday.
