I'm sure there is but not in the way I think you mean.
The Holiday Inn is a family orientated hotel and they are not keen on rampant single male holidaymakers taking bar girls back for fun and frolics. It is possible, but you will pay far more in "joiner fees" than it would cost you to get a room in a more "rampant single male holidaymaker" friendly hotel.
