It's gone a bit silly down here today. Bombs seem to be going off left right and center!! Had one that ruffled my hair on the way to work!! Good Morning Baghdad and again about 5 minutes ago on the street at the back of us, bit of a window rattler that one, the smoke is still climbing and blowing over our location.

First indications of the first one was a bloody Childrens Hospital! I am guessing it is guarded by the ING (Iraqi National Guard) and that they were the targets. As I am sat in a Poxy PortaKabin I am now in body armour and helmet as Shrapnel eats these things for breakfast.

Folk are shooting up and down the street, wasting ammunition with sod all to shoot at, situation normal. Sirens wailing and I am just waiting for the next one. All our Iraqi employees are on mobile phones to loved ones as most travel in to us from the areas that are taking these hits this morning. Poor sods. Good to hear all is well with you Lightemup and good observations. Let's hope someone is listening and re-acts to them.

Just get me on that flight to Jordan on Thursday, that's all I ask!
