She works as a toilet attendant at the bottom of Soi Eric.
Actually, what you thought was a nose piercing is actually a wart on her nose and the tats on her legs are not tats at all. There skin discolourations from when she suffered from leprosy. Don't let that worry you too much though as I think it's all cleared up now.
She's cheap too, only 5 baht for her services.
