Anybody can look a whole lot better, or a whole lot worse, than they really are in one picture, so unless it is a really outstanding bit of camera work, I don't think you can easily draw conclusions from one pic.

She looks pretty good to me, or as I friend of mine says, I wouldn't kick her out of bed for eating crackers.
