Depends on who I book my flights with, if I get my tickets through Opodo, then I usually get insurance from them. May as well get everything from same company, less hassle if there is any problems.Also, I usually get one year cover, cheaper for me than single trip.(3 trips this year).
If paying by credit card, some will automatically include insurance cover. If really stuck, you can pick up insurance at the airport , but usually very expensive.
