Off the record there is no problem drink driving without accident..
Drink driving with an accident it depends on which driver is the most over the limit (really so often both drivers are drunk) or if one is a farang..
Out here it seems after 9PM at night almost everyone is drunk on the road.. I have seen a full HGV lorry full of boulders weaving accross both lanes of the high way at about 10 or 11 am !!! As I managed to get past it (quickly) you could see the driver could barely hold his head up !!!
