Thanks Cap'n, stand easy and shiver me dangly bits! That was a rough session! I've given up on the Yoga bit and gone for pure Meditation. Sitting still and humming is something I do quite well I have come to learn.

I hope BattleCat and her bloke have a great time, get to the MTB, meet Nicke and the Girls and realise just what a great time they can have and.............are having!!!

Today I received my new Ford Excursion, B7 Body armour with gun ports, V8, $145,000 bucks worth!! So in honour of this Oz girl I am going to christen her "BattleCat" - An appropriate name out here and will be carrying Ex-Australian RAR guys around. I hope she brings everyone who travels with her Good Luck!
