Question Air Asia, Bkk to Phuket

Well the reason I ask about Air Asia is because I have been forced to fly with them in December...

Last week, I was booking my flight from Bkk to Phuket with Thai Airways, Anyway was booking it when noticed had no ink to print out the the e-ticket (Noticed the other day they email it too you aswell ), So left it until I got the ink....

Got the ink anyway, And went to book it 2days ago and to my horror all flights were booked out until 14.10pm on the 29th, I arrive at 6.00am

Then I went to book a flight with Bangkokair and they had all there flights booked out for the whole day, So I had only Air Asia left, And found a flight for 10.50am and just booked it before there all booked out aswell.

But I have 3 questions about flying with Air Asia for anyone who has flown this route before?

1) I have heard before that this route is always delayed, But was wondering how long does a normal delay on this route and airline be? Obviously it can be from 1hr, 2, 3hrs etc.. Just looking for an average or the lenght of time any of you guys were left waiting.....

2) If this flight is canceled will they let you on the next flight or if they are all booked out are you just on your own?

3) And lastly my other flights are booked to Bkk, But can I get them to send my luggage straight to Phuket if I wanted too by giving them my Air Asia ticket number, The question is just more for future visits as I will be in Bkk for a while anyway so might as well pass some of the time going through immigration/passport control....

Thanks in advance guys for any help you can give
