my point is at least with statying inside the p4p scene you have an idea of their motives and then can build upon that to a meaningful relationship, as amny people have.
im not saying anythign against a "good" tg at all, all im saying is that you might even have to watch yourself more, and it might be easier for a "good" tg to hide her real motives

Your point is well taken about my teacher, but she is such a sweetie, that it is hard to imagine that she would ever have anyting but the best of intentions, whether she was making good money or not. She is in Bangkok now and invited everyone in the class(about 10 of us) to go to BKK with her, and stay at her folks' house there for free!!
Another TG I've known for more than 10 yrs, back to when I didn't even know anything about the BG scene, works as a waitress in a Thai restaurant. She has been working there at the same restaurant ever since I've known her, and it is not owned by any of her relatives. All her relatives are still in LOS. But I know for years, she lived with farang, who was a saxophone player. I think she made more money as a waitress than he did as a musician. She was university-educated and never worked the bars. Jus a very sweet lady, and not looking for a guy with money, 'cause if she was, then I think she could have found one here in rich-farang land where I live.
Really, though, when you think about it, how many farang girls are not interested in how much money a guy has? You know that if you are driving a Porsche, wearing a rolex, wearing the lastest designer clothes and haircut, and hanging out at the hippest, priciest spots, and throwing money around like it doesn't matter, then you are going to be pulling the hottest girls!!
