This turned me off straight away as i know a few people who have been caught up in this hard sell sales arrangement and from their experience it took a lot longer that 90 mins and were bugged by these people for a while sort off putting a dampner on their trip.
But the hotel does look great, and has all the amenities one would need.

I actually went to one of these presentations and believe me,they last 3+hours. Very clever sales pitch and I got taken in
Not for long though,I called into Thara Patong 2days later and cancelled,they were not happy
