It is always interesting to read posts with strong opinions and then discover that there might be another side to actions we see or witness. I had a good chat with Diz on my last tour regarding his thread and how he had added two and two together and made five. I read this thread whilst in patong and had a little chat with AM regarding the circumstances, then decided with the aid of Denvers Angels and my deducerisation skills a little investigating was in order.

Well, girl one shared an apartment with her friend who was away looking after her sick dad in issan, yes her dad was actually sick, she was actually looking after him for a month and wasn't asking any sponsor for assistance!!

She had telephoned girl one and asked if it was okay for a friend of hers to share the apartment whilst she was away. That very afternoon girl two arrived accompanied by two other girls (girl three and 4 in AM's story) All 3 new girls claimed to be virgins and having never gone with any falang. Girl one was very put out with this as she now had to share a one bed apartment with three other girls who took over the place and wasn't very friendly in the process especially girl two, who looked down on girl one as she was not going to become a freelancer but find work in a hotel.

Girl one took them out that night and finally bumped into AM and was very happy to try to link up with AM (cos as we all agree he is a very nice guy) and because she had stayed with him previously. Once in Safari she was doing her bit to show girls three and four around the club and sort of showing them the ropes, girl two didn't want to come because she was only there to find legit work and not sleep with men, so girl one left her in the safe hands of AM. Only to find that on her return she was all over him and attempting in her eyes to steal her man away. With the background of dislike in the living accomodation situation and the sneering remarks at her regarding freelancing she flipped and decided to give girl two a good what for. This fuelled with alcohol got out of hand and left AM in the difficult situation he found himself in.

I only detail this information to illustrate sometimes there are many background reasons we do not know about and some of the assumptions and perhaps some of the points made with full knowledge may not always be correct. My little experiences so far have taught me to step back in the first instance every time I'm getting cynical, untrusting and actually evaluate what I know as fact and what I have assumed. To be always wary but to understand that we are from two diiferent cultures, everthing is not always what we see or think, different process of logic, values etc have to be considered, they are at work, we do generate their turnover, fulfill their aims and dreams, which may not always be the same as ours.
