Can't believe I still havnt had a reply from the seapearl, I shot them another email yesterday and it got deleted without being read!

does any one know if this is right? I can't believe they wont reply even if just to say they prefer not to have overnight guests. the email I sent them was
"Hi I am thinking of staying in your lovely resort for 2 weeks at the end of jan early feb, could you please tell me if you charge a joiner fee for overnight guests as this would influence my decision. I am coming on my own and would book a double room."
I would have thought this was precise enough without being too forward what do you guys think?
