Ya, Air Canada is (was) going through restructuring to save $$$....
even inside Canada, everything costs, nothing free....
same with North West Air. Not sure if they do international, but about a month ago, I flew with them and all of thier staff have had a 26-31% pay cut... not good when my flight home needed some maintenance because of previous flight and they 'couldn't find a mechanic'... what a wonderful way to stay an extra night in Cleveland...
Don't expect anything free on NWA either.
Gawd I gotta get out of this coner of the world for a while.
