But in reality, female and male brains are differently, the hormones and hormone producing glands are different, the feelings are different. How can any LB say they feel more like a woman than a man, honestly, how would they know? Its not just the physical things that differentiate us, tits, willies whatever. Its the difference in emotions, feelings, strengths, weaknesses, emotions, logic etc....

And how would you know that they don't know? Feeling is objective. Sexual dysphoria, sexual identity disorder, woman trapped inside a man's body....what ever name you give them, what's driving them to change their gender is their feeling towards themselves. As for my ex-LB I believe that it's truly a woman's mind inside that body. There are lots of LB out there that are no more than men with plastic tits and a fake pussy. But there are also descent LB which is much more than that. Don't stereotype.
