Your the one that dumped her/him and kept saying how you almost beat her/him up, If you really believed she was a woman inside and she looked like one outside - what was the problem?
The reason I dont think that LB's are women trapped in mens bodies is because there are just so many of them, couple that with the fact that almost all of them are involved in the tourist/sex scene and it seems pretty obvious that its a lifestyle choice.
