If the cleaning lady does 10 rooms (many do 15 to 20). And 25% of the folks leave a tip of 50b/day = 350b/week x 2.5 = 875b or aprox 3800b/mo.
Add that to thier 6000b and that would be around 10000b/mo. 20 rooms would be close to the 20,000b figure. I know that a lot of folks leave more, but 50b is a starting place.
Most cleaning ladies that I have run into are not going to take the tips to management, they are going into thier pocket along with the left over shampoo, and anything else that is not of real value that the occupant left.
To answer this question we alll have to look at our own habits and what do we do. Some of us don't tip, some of us do. Some of us leave a small gift if the lady did a good job, and some of us don't. Look inwards and we all will get more insight.
