Add that to thier 6000b and that would be around 10000b/mo. 20 rooms would be close to the 20,000b figure. I know that a lot of folks leave more, but 50b is a starting place.
Most cleaning ladies that I have run into are not going to take the tips to management, they are going into thier pocket along with the left over shampoo, and anything else that is not of real value that the occupant left.
To answer this question we alll have to look at our own habits and what do we do. Some of us don't tip, some of us do. Some of us leave a small gift if the lady did a good job, and some of us don't. Look inwards and we all will get more insight.

Still don't think it stacks up, the last hotel I was in had 14 rooms and had three cleaning ladies, majority of guests didn't leave tips. They earned 5,000bht per month and free meals, bar staff/receptioninst were on 6000 and free meals, any tips were split between all staff including laundry lady and cooks. Will accept that in a higher grade hotel they may earn more but would be really suprised if it totalled 20k per month, other wise all the less succesful bg's would be rushing to get their jobs and they wouldn't mainly all be older or less attractive than the bg's.
