no, in fact it was the other way around, the agent fare was $200
less than the online one. She is an agent with the carrier, so it may have something to do with that, and the quanity of tickets she writes. She deals with an Asain customer base, and writes a flock load of tickets to the "homeland". In fact, that just about all she does. One day I saw a fare on the net that was the same as hers, she called the airline and got them to reduce it by $100 so she could write the ticket. The conversation went " how do you expect me to sell any tickets if you have the same price" I was shocked when they reduced it.
Go figure.
