This is true , the disease was almost non-existant in the UK about 5 years ago. Now the percentage of infected people doubles each year , but most of the increase is in people from "third world" countries where the disease is still rampant. The UK will not return these people home , as they are under an "obligation" to treat them , and the cost of treatment comes out of the NHS budget.
