Ok the situation is like this:

Each staff member who works as international staff for UN has this Passport called UNLP, it’s some kind of diplomatic passport but with the less privileges it’s not the same one issued to ambassadors, if you start working with UN you will also get this type of passport. Like I don’t need visa to enter Amsterdam and many other countries with whom UN has official Regulations, but I was not able to find Thailand under official list, but my friends who have this passport has been there without visa, like I talked to two of them yesterday and they both were swearing that they entered Thailand without visa using this passport.

So having this passport is not a problem you just need to work for UN that’s all
