4 -6 K would be my guess in basic cleaner staff salaries.. Perhaps up to 8 for experienced, managing others, more important roles.. Then add in a little bit of tip / bonus etc and I am guessing that 7 or 8 is the norm and 10 would be high..
Front desk managers I knew of got 10k and they managed the whole guesthouse.. Did absolutely everything required, ordering, employee management, bookings and reservations, etc etc etc..
20k + the months salary for unskilled work.. Dreaming !!

The figures that you quote go in line with all the folks that I met. Your front end manager is even higher than the folks I have talked with. I heard 8k, but its still a far cry from 20k
