They don't have a lot of free weights, maybe 4 or 6 stations. they have a web site, you can check out for more details.

As for Patong Gym, I haven't been there, but this tries to to appeal to a broad base, so if you are "hard core" and doing squats with 500lbs+ you might not be happy there. But hey, it doesn't cost to look.
