Apart from the water issue , you complain about being moved from room to room and having to wait until another guest checked out.

Seems to me they were trying their best to help you out , you originally booked for 5 nights , then extended for another 4 nights at the busiest time of the year. I think I would have counted myself very lucky to have got a room at all , and I'm sure they would have explained the situation about waiting till rooms became vacant.
Maybe this is why you got upset , or was it that your attitude towards them was slowly became more aggressive as you felt hard done by in having to change rooms.
Still , it seems a lot of trouble over a small problem , but that is your right and it is up to you how far you take this. I don't think this one experience will put other BMs off staying there , as most of the posts I have read have been full of praise. But if you are unhappy with the treatment you received then my advice would be to forget about it , choose another hotel for your next trip and get back to enjoying your holidays in LOS.
