Hi,
June - Sept is usually very quiet in Pattaya compared to February to April. On top of the hotels charging higher prices in February due to higher demand for bookings I have found that the girls ask for a few hundred baht extra compared to the quieter period of June - Sept. Drinks prices however seem to remain the same BFblonde says but in the more popular go-gos you wont get a seat as easy as later in the year.
