all the usual delays, corruption, poor equipment, construction standards etc.
your right it sounds like the new bkk airport.
i wonder how many companies which a certain moral minded senior politican will own that are involved with the construction.
like the big new hotel on the beach with a name similar to elvis's old house. politicians no "i have no interest" but "maybe my family do"
