To be honest I would think this is a very rare case, I have never witnessed behaviour of this kind by any hotel staff in 7 trips to los.

Like I said before, this is obviously a very unprofessional hotel and sounds like the staff + the manager are completely ting tong. I just think it would have been better handled by Wildone if he had not lowered himself to their level - shouting, screaming etc..

With many onlookers as described in his original post, I would think he would have gained face while the receptionist lost a lot of face if he remained very calm and just smiled at her, while she demonstrated this childish and unprofessional conduct.

Perhaps it was her time of the month ? Who knows..? But I have not heard of anything as mad as this before to be honest, over something so small.

It's all a bit odd really isn't it ?
