maybe you're right but my reply to the OP was cause i'd had a similar bad experience at a different hotel so perhaps not so rare as we all assume
- I can only report on my own experiences.
still can't quite see how we, the falang are cautioned about being judged so harshly while Thais despite what we are led to believe seem to have little compunction about throwing a hissy fit
