Hi Torn...I agree that its the principal.You are on holidays and paying room rates as they request on time every time whilst being moved from room to room....
Maybe you could have handled it a little differently(not taken it personnally)...but having the manager scream at you would not have helped...
I usually let them speak and when there finished state my case....usually this works..

ps ...this is one manager of hotel in LOS...dont let that stop you going there again...stay at C&N Resort....no problems there..
