Shame that one's holiday got messed up.....in Patong Villa's defence,I stayed there from 27/12 thru 4/1/06.....had a nice stay as per usual, have stayed there 4x prior and intend to stay there again.I found the staff extremeley helpful and pleasant and the service was consistent with any other hotels I have stayed at thru out the world.Lets not over react about Patong Villa...everyone means well but maybe there was a hiccup...dont dwell on the past experiences...think ahead.Theres an old aussie saying..."If you keep looking over your shoulder and not ahead ..you will run into something"
