He can make up his own mind with what to do next...
Another thing is that I would never help out a BG or even a female friend of mine to construct/send and email to another person(knowingly misleading them)....
My motto is treat people the way you like to be treated.
I would be so pi*sed off if I found out that my girl was sending me misleading emails...but even worse if another guy was helping her....
As the guy...what satisfaction do you get ripping someone off???
