There are plenty of places that do it if you do a search on this website there was a post not long ago that was mentioning a few of the places, this is one link from a little while ago,

But a Place I know for sure is the kodak shop down on the corner of beach rd and ruamchai rd at the south end of Patong. Not sure on the price but am sure it would be very competitive. Cheers.
