How long do you stay in LOS to spend your time to find a "real girl" ?
May be if you stay long enough, you can meet someone, know her, appreciate her and build a relationship if her fellings are the same for you ... this can happen in your country too, no ?
I wouldn't like to wait an hypothetic relationship when I go in Thailand for my precious holydays before to meet a girl who really likes me ... sure it would be better, but except if you can stay there for a very long time, why to wait something that has 95% chances to not happen.
So easy to find a girl who will say you "yes" immediatly if you stay 1,2,3 or 4 weeks ... they are really lovely, they take care of you ... all the advantages without problems you can meet with a "normal" woman.
