The best way i find if i want to lose a few kilos is to cut of my carbs 3-4 hours before i go to bed, and drink a lot of water to keep me full. I also lift weights, and do cardio on off days, and limit bad food (chips, pies, soft drink), usually after a month or so i will see great results.
BTW congrats aussie, great achievment, i know how hard it is to stick to a regime.
