Most of the folks blame everything expect themselves. I worked at McD for 20 years, And for 6 months, that was all I ate. The wife ran off and left me with all the bills, and I had a -$300/month cash flow, so, I could not even afford to buy food. I never gained an ounce, and my liver is just fine.
For those of you who want to blame the fast food places, that's fine, but 99% of the problem is folks do not know the word MODERATION. Remember, when you start pointing fingers, there are 4 pointing back at you.

Sorry I just dont agree with you.. What makes a burger or a chicken nugget is not quality of meat I am comfortable eating.. sodium levels through the roof, preservatives, colorings, stabalizers and dies..

Its not to do with moderation its to do with chemical toxicity.. The super size me guy didnt go out and gorge himself on this diet, he ate 3 times a day with a beakfast and 2 normal meals, wile continueing his normal lifestyle (he was fit and active) he gained massive fat weight and his liver was quiting after only 20 or so days..
