Tsunami Donations
Hi everyone!
As this is my first thread I'd like to give a short introduction- I'm from Austria and started traveling to LOS more than 20 years ago and the flame is "still on". I've lived and worked in Thailand for more than 3 years and I can tell you that I really didn't enjoy to make my way back to Europe.
Since I'll be back with my family in a few days I'd like to ask if anyone can give me a certain advise concerning donations. We collected a lot of toys and useful things for children from our friends and families and we'd like to bring those things up to Khao Lak region maybe to a temple and let the monks do the "logistic part".
I can remember a threat refering to this but unfortunately I can't find it again.
Any advise in this case is highly appreciated and I hope to meet some of the Forum members in a few days-see you then!
