Hei Shark!

I don't say that I have all the answers regarding visa-applications, but I have at least just done it myself.
My TGF got a tourist-visa to the Schengen-area and that means she could stay (90 days) not only in Norway, but in all the countries in this area, including Germany. The requirements to get a visa are the same no matter where you want to go among the Schengen-countries or what embassy you have to apply to.

One of the reasons that a few europeen countries are not a member of "Schengen" is that they think the immigration-policy is too liberated.
Most of the stories you hear about girls beeing refused a visa are linked to the following countries; US, UK, Irland and Australia.
You can see on this board, where do most of the guys come from (at least the ones you observe most), and they also tell stories they have heard, mostly from their own countries.
Think about this; How often do you hear about girls beeing refused a visa to other countries than US, UK, Irland or Australia? And I mean refused because of her as a person or her past. Not many times, I think.

It's should not be difficult for your girl to get a tourist-visa to the Schengen-area if you have a job, your own place to live, some kind of relationship with the girl (at least more than one night) and you have sent with her all the requested documents and a serious/honest application.

My Tee-Rak went alone to Bangkok with all the the documents (we did not use an agency), did the interview and got her visa 5 days later. I was home in Norway and phoned the embassy one time just to hear that everything was ok. Several guy's I have spoken to did it the same way with no problems. Why should it be more difficult for other's who only have good intentions?

The reason I have for writing this is that most of the information and the stories regarding visa-applications comes from the countries I have mentioned above, and then people from the rest of the world think it will be that hard for them too.
But not all countries say yes to all "financial-refugees", and when their own citizens want to take their Tee-Rak for a holiday they say no.

This is my opinion, and all other's are free to have their. No matter where you come from guy's!
