My plan was to do a permanent departure from Australia & live in Phuket, i was going to use my Superannuation to live off till i found something over there. So i start doing some research into my super only to find out that if i leave Australia i can't get a thing, here's the quote that i read.
"No Australian and New Zealand citizens will not be eligible for a departing Australia superannuation payment (DASP), even if they were the holder of an eligible temporary resident visa. This is because New Zealand and Australian citizens may still have retiring rights in Australia (and access to the Age Pension), regardless of whether or not they exercise that right." 
Am i pissed off i have been putting my own money it to super when i would have been better off investing in shares.So there goes my dream for now, i need to win lotto or find a rich Thai women.
