I happened to be gently knocking the place one day and I was sat at a table with the guy that part financed it !! Opps.. After I removed my foot from my mouth he agreed that it had been a horrbile loos so far and they were trying to offload it at deep discount.

from the impression i got fromt he guy, he seemed a bit nervous. but liek i said, great guy.
one thing about some of these guys who open bars, they do no marketing! a high end place like that should be up at baan yin dee, laguna drinking, getting to know the owners there, concierges. inviting them down for drinks, developing relationships.
