In any 'deal' there is a buyer and a seller.. The seller didnt force the buyer to buy it.. The buyer wanted to buy it and the seller provided it.. To me that is a private arrangment between 2 adults and I personally think that its no business of the law or society to be involved.

Of course smack is a hard and highly addictive drug (though how 'damaging' it is is constantly overplayed.. Look at Lifelong junkies like William Buroughs to see you can live a long healthy creative life while still being an addict).. Of course any crime commited by junkies should be punished to the full extant of the law but personally shooting anyone who sold a 10 bag of brown.. Seems a little extreme. How about the off licence who sells a 6 pack of Tennants super to the towns homeless drunk ??

While I consider it no ones business but my own, I have tried smack on a few occasions as I like to let no experience pass me by. I may have even bought 2 wraps and passed one to a friend. Are you suggesting you will happily shoot me for that action ?? How about the person who has already let addition get control of them and instead of robbing or stealing funds a habit by supplying, do they deserve death becuase they lost control of thier addiction ??

Sometimes I think drug paranoia and propoganda in the world has created some very odd positions in people I would consider smart and well informed.

Sure if you cant do the time, dont do the crime.. Expect punishment to follow being caught for breaking laws of a society.. But to claim to be happy to kill someone beacuse they choose a different intoxicant for these nice government taxed and controlled ones.. Thats hard for me to reconcile.
